BRIEF – To provide office refit and conference areas on 2nd and 3rd floors of an existing office building.

DATE COMPLETED – June 2003.

GROSS FLOOR AREA – 900 m2.

BUILD COST - £165,000.

DETAILS – This contract involved the fitting out of the upper floors of a relatively modern building in Chelmsford town centre. Consideration was given to the Disability Discrimination Act requirements in provision of modern, exciting but comfortable accommodation for the staff and the client’s end users.
