BRIEF – Remodel and extend a substantial village house in a Conservation Area. The existing accommodation was redesigned, refurbished and modernised.

BUILD COST – £420,000
DETAILS – The works comprised the construction of a new two storey extension to the side of the property and large double garage with accommodation over. The existing accommodation to the house was completely redesigned, refurbished and modernised which also included the external elevations, landscaping and swimming pool refurbishment9. The final building resulted in a well proportioned building group with more balanced elevations.
