DETAILS – The
new building was required to be of minimum height in
relation to adjacent residential properties. This was
achieved with a split, low pitch roof design incorporating
high level clerestory glazing to bring daylight into
the deep plan. In order to keep tight control of cost
and build time, the contract was completed successfully
by design and build procurement method.
