DETAILS – To
carry out various external and internal repairs to
an existing late Georgian/early Victorian terraced
domestic dwelling. The works comprised the repair of
the external envelope including re-roofing in slate
and lead, replacement of lead valley gutters, repairs
to the roman cement facades, the re-plastering of one
column, the complete overhaul and repair of sliding
sash windows. Internally the property was redecorated
with some upgrading to meet current fire standards,
re-wiring, the renewal of the heating services , replacement
of sanitary ware and general redecoration.
