BRIEF – Refurbishment of a former primary school to provide a childrens centre in accordance with recent Government initiative. The works were also to incorporate outreach offices for various Social Service functions for Essex County Council.

DETAILS – Complete internal re-modelling was carried out to create a childrens nursery to conform with the Offsted and Surestart model brief requirements and the provision of Outreach facilities which included drop in café, healthcare offices, crèche and shared reception area. External re-modelling/landscaping to provide external play space with canopy and a remodelled front entrance with car parking.
