DETAILS – To
carry out various repair works to an existing 17th
Century Grade I Manorial building. The property required
a new heating system and re-wiring, together with new
sanitary accommodation and internally redecorating.
Externally, the works comprise overhaul to the roofs,
repairs to chimneystack and repair and overhaul of
softwood joinery. A new chimneystack was erected to
the new elevation to serve a new boiler. The chimneystack
replaced a stack which was present until 1930.
