	BRIEF – To alter and refurbish an existing Youth Centre housed within a Grade II Listed building including improving and modernising the existing facilities, with particular reference to DDA requirements.
	DATE COMPLETED – June 2006
	GROSS FLOOR AREA - 410 m2
	BUILD COST - £380,000
	DETAILS – The works were effected, to improve access to services for young people in the local area, whilst maintaining the character of the listed building. This included a relatively “transparent” reception area structure, new lifts and access toilets agreed with extensive liaison with the local Conservation Officer.
