	DETAILS – The works comprised the construction of a new two storey extension to the rear of the property in a style to blend with the existing property. Some internal alteration works were also required to create suitable access points into the extension, including re-modelling the existing kitchen area into a panelled dining room and the refurbishment of the first floor main bathroom.
