	BUILD COST – £156.000
	DETAILS – The remodelled house now comprises 4 no. bedrooms, with a main family bathroom and 2 no. ensuite shower rooms all at first floor level. On the ground floor the kitchen has been enlarged to accommodate a dining area whilst the existing bathroom has been converted to a utility room and cloakroom wc. A roof height limitation was enforced which necessitated a collar roof design. The existing timbered gable design was extended to the new first floor and new feature gables inserted to provide visual interest.
