	BRIEF - To provide a new extension of the existing building to house 3 class bases and 1. office.
	DATE COMPLETED – September 2003
	GROSS FLOOR AREA - 142 m2
	BUILD COST - £180,000
	DETAILS – The new building was designed to compliment the existing building in terms of materials and colours. A contrasting brick colour was used at sub floor level with powder coated aluminium windows, doors, guttering & downpipes. The final design solution incorporated a ramped external level access approach.
