St Josephs RC School

	BRIEF – To provide a new ICT facility as an extension into an underused “dead” area of external space.
	DATE COMPLETED – September 2005
	GROSS FLOOR AREA - 70 m2
	BUILD COST - £ 160,000
	DETAILS – Timber frame construction incorporating Glulam beams and Cedar cladding. The new addition was designed to provide a feature extension in a contemporary design and modern materials whilst sitting comfortably with the existing school buildings. Sustainability issues were addressed by using timber structural solutions and external cladding.
