NEW CHURCH/PARISH CENTRE & PRESBYTERY

	BRIEF – To design and procure a new church complex to replace existing on a new Greenfield site.
	DATE COMPLETED - 2002
	BUILD COST – £1,150,000
	DETAILS – Detailed design of new RC Church with adjacent hall and Presbytery. Phased contract allowing for early occupation of Parish Hall and Presbytery. Church design is based externally on an Essex Barn with sympathetic materials. Extensive liaison was undertaken with liturgical designers and Diocese to achieve a well-balanced and welcoming building. A feature of the alter is hand carved and finished artwork by artist Stephen Foster.
