	BRIEF – To provide 4 no. new classbases above an existing 4 classbase extension and a new 2 storey 4 classbase block, 2 no. internal staircases, toilet facilities on both levels and reception area with offices.
	DATE COMPLETED - 2000
	GROSS FLOOR AREA - 1350 m2
	BUILD COST – Approx. £700,000
	DETAILS – The first floor scheme was implemented with minimal disturbance of the existing classbases below utilising a steel structural frame, pre-cast concrete floors, stock brick cavity walls and ‘Eternit’ slate roof finish. Minimal maintenance external finishes were utilised with aluminium windows, rainwater good and eaves system.
