	BUILD COST – £309,000
	DETAILS – Initial scheme design modified to reduce circulation space to maximise usable hall areas and provide additional changing rooms. The resulting design achieves light and spacious halls with hardwood semi-sprung floors, a kitchen opening on to both halls and conveniently located changing rooms and toilets.
