Tailored to the client’s individual needs a Building Survey is a comprehensive inspection suitable for all property types but we would particularly recommend it for older properties, those of unusual construction or any, which have undergone or are about to undergo extensive alterations.
The report includes detailed technical information on the construction and materials used, as well as a description of all major and minor defects and the resulting implications of these. We also provide estimates of repair costs.
The survey does not normally include a valuation but we will be happy to provide one if required.
