Barker & Associates of Bishop’s Stortford are a multi-disciplinary Practice offering building surveying, architecture and structural engineering and are currently engaged by a wide range of clients including housing associations, local authorities, schools, commercial and private clients.

The Practice has gained considerable experience over the last nineteen years in conducting Stock Condition Surveys, both in the housing, education and commercial sectors.

Barker & Associates is one of the largest independent Practices of Building Surveyors in East Anglia and the Northern Home Counties, having a complement of thirty-five staff operating from our offices in Bishop’s Stortford, Chelmsford and Loughton. The Practice is annually featured by “Building” magazine, in their league tables, listed within the top 100  Surveyors and within the top 200 Consultants.  In addition Barker & Associates are registered as approved consultants with Constructionline under Membership Number: 28157.
