The President of the EASA wrote to Barker Associates on behalf of the Association and the National Churches Trust to thank us for our excellent submission for the 2011 King of Prussia Gold Medal Award.

Our submission "St Mary the Virgin Church", Baldock, Hertfordshire did not win however, the judges were most impressed with our work involving the beautifully executed leadwork together with the brick and render repairs to stonework, and awarded us the runner up position.

In addition they expressed their congratulations on the completion of an excellent project and advised that our scheme will be exhibited at their Annual General Meeting and subsequently at other venues.
