Additionally, we work with estate managers, landlords and leaseholders to provide Architectural and Building Surveying services in the Estate/Asset Management area. This involves making sure buildings comply with statutory obligations and maintenance and repairs are properly managed. Our Birmingham team can also supply an impartial service when handling the Section 20 process. This includes Statutory Surveys, Maintenance Plans and Design/Specification assistance, Defect Analysis, and Contract Administration Services.
