Clients continue to trust Barker for advice on sustainable development solutions. For every refurbishment, new build, and master planning scheme we work on, sustainability is at the forefront of our work.
Our sustainability experts work with the lead design team to make sure that all solutions provide environmental benefits while remaining cost effective.
Many clients require assistance with grant applications which is one of the many aspects our team work on. We consistently win millions of pounds worth of funding from the Condition Improvement Fund. Winning grants is hugely beneficial to our clients' finances and means that the best solutions can be used to reduce the environmental impact their buildings have.
Barker is constantly working to produce exceptional sustainable design. Our wealth of experience in the area allows us to continually provide solutions to complicated environmental issues while attaining the best levels of compliance. The projects we work on achieve above the sustainability standards for building regulation compliance, and BREEAM standards.
Barker’s ISO 14001 Environmental Management System outlines our views and dedication to environmentally sustainable design.
