We currently have a vacancy for an Executive Assistant to work alongside a Partner and the Marketing and Communications Manager to support our continued growth.
This role is based at our Head office in Braintree and would suit a well organised person with good written and verbal communication skills to positively promote Barker:
Responsibilities will include:
Marketing
- Assist Marketing and Communications Manager
- Management of incoming enquiries
- CRM/database management
- Website management
- Social media account management
- Events management
Bid /Tender Management
- Opportunities/enquiries tracking
- Drafting bid/tender responses
- Monitoring procurement portals
Executive Assistant duties to Partner
- Diary/email management
- Travel/expenses
- Drafting of documents & proposals
Personal profile
- Personable and professional manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and proactive
- Proficient in MS Office suite
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm or Monday – Friday (option of school hours)
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
