TEEAM, together with its consortium partners, is proud to announce its appointment to the UK Government’s Net Zero Accelerator Programme (NZAP) Pathfinder, run by LocatED. This significant step forward follows the successful initial feasibility study phase, where Barker and the TEEAM alliance partners, contributed valuable insights and innovative solutions.
The Net Zero Accelerator Programme aims to spearhead the journey towards sustainable and energy-efficient educational facilities across the UK. The Pathfinder will rigorously test some of the concepts and strategies proposed in the feasibility phase, focusing on practical implementations and real-world impacts.
Tom Deacon, Partner at Barker said;
“Being part of this pioneering programme is a testament to the hard work and expertise of the TEEAM alliance. We are excited to see our proposed concepts being tested and are confident that they will pave the way for sustainable transformations in the education sector. This programme is a critical step in achieving the government’s ambitious net zero targets, and we are honoured to contribute to this vital cause.”
