Situation Vacant: Audio Secretary / Survey Co-ordinator

We are currently looking for a proficient/accurate audio typists with (tried & tested) speeds of a minimum 60/65 WPM.

Successful candidate will ensure smooth running of the survey team based in our Braintree office. Tasks will include answering department telephone, providing verbal quotations to private clients, entering new clients/job to our bespoke document management system:Union Square, written correspondance, compiling packs for surveyor appointments, preparation of digital photographs and other general administrative support. 

  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm
  • Salary dependent on experience
  • 25 days holiday (3 days saved for office shutdown at Christmas) + Bank Holidays
  • Annual review and annual bonus scheme
