Situation Vacant: Receptionist/Audio Typist

We currently have a vacancy for a competent full-time receptionist who has a good telephone manner and is a proficient typist to join our team at our Braintree office.

The candidate will provide a professional service to complement the Admin Team in order to ensure smooth running of the main office/reception on a day-to-day basis.

This role would suit a well organised candidate with good interpersonal skills and fully experienced in Microsoft office. Duties will include;

  •  Answering & directing telephone calls
  •  Meet & greet – provide refreshments/supervision of meeting room
  •  Diary management via Outlook Calendar
  •  Responsible for receipt & distribution of post together with franking
  •  Updating our Project Management system - Add clients/contacts & new projects
  •  Typing general correspondence/invoices/survey reports
  •  Tender analysis/filing for Surveyors & Architects
  •  General photocopying/scanning & binding
  •  Archiving completed project/survey files
  •  Stock control of stationery & kitchen consumables

 Hours:

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm

Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
