Client Testimonials

“Barker have been able to secure 3 large capital bids for us which they have project managed very professionally to conclusion. We are also using them as architects/planners/project managers on a Local Authority led expansion build over the next two years. I find them professional, approachable and very thorough. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.”

CHEAM PARK FARM SCHOOL, SUTTON, JULIE PENNEFATHER

“Barker have advised and supported the Trust through a diverse range of services from condition surveys and strategic estate management advice through to design and project delivery. Their specialist knowledge of the education sector and close personal service has enabled the successful completion of complex projects within often tight timescales and budgets. We would thoroughly recommend their service.”

LEIGH ACADEMIES TRUST

“We have been very glad to recommend Barker this year and hope that we are able to provide plenty more leads in the future. I certainly feel your professional approach has been well-received by our clients.”

STEVENETTE

“Barker’s architects gave us very good guidance from developing the initial concept, working within our budget to selecting and dealing with the building contractors. The team was always available, extremely helpful and we never felt alone as they guided us through the process. We were very pleased with Barker and found them extremely professional at every level.”
