Barker is pleased to share that our Civil & Structural Engineering team has been appointed by Vistry London East to deliver the final phases of the Dollis Valley Regeneration project in Barnet.
This significant milestone marks the culmination of a 15-year regeneration programme, transforming the existing estate into a vibrant, mixed-tenure community. The completed scheme will provide 631 new homes, alongside essential community, and childcare facilities.
Phases 4 and 5 will see Barker responsible for the engineering design and delivery of 220 residential units and associated infrastructure, with groundworks scheduled to commence in Spring/Summer 2026.
