We passionately pursue ways to improve outcomes. We like to challenge industry norms and think strategically. We embrace technology and we don’t fear change. We will exceed your expectations.

Committed to Excellence

We are accountable and committed to delivering an excellent client service. Sometimes this means working harder, sometimes it means looking at a problem from a different perspective. We are constantly focused on practical solutions, and driven by results.

Our team applies outstanding knowledge, rigour and pride to their work, day in day out. We work hard to recruit the best people. We look for those with the right skills and expertise, but also the right attitude and values.

Stronger Together

We believe in an honest and open approach, even if that means the occasional difficult conversation. We understand how important your project is and we will be there with you every step of the way.

Client Testimonials

“Barker have been able to secure 3 large capital bids for us which they have project managed very professionally to conclusion. We are also using them as architects/planners/project managers on a Local Authority led expansion build over the next two years. I find them professional, approachable and very thorough. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.”

“Barker have advised and supported the Trust through a diverse range of services from condition surveys and strategic estate management advice through to design and project delivery. Their specialist knowledge of the education sector and close personal service has enabled the successful completion of complex projects within often tight timescales and budgets. We would thoroughly recommend their service.”

“We have been very glad to recommend Barker this year and hope that we are able to provide plenty more leads in the future. I certainly feel your professional approach has been well-received by our clients.”

“Barker’s architects gave us very good guidance from developing the initial concept, working within our budget to selecting and dealing with the building contractors. The team was always available, extremely helpful and we never felt alone as they guided us through the process. We were very pleased with Barker and found them extremely professional at every level.”
