Sustainability sits right at the centre of our work, shaping how we guide estates toward clearer, cleaner energy use. Our in-house specialists work closely with our clients to support carbon reduction plans, secure vital funding, and improve the environmental performance of estates of all shapes and sizes.
Expectations around decarbonisation are rising quickly, priorities are changing, and the steps toward decarbonisation can feel fragmented. We bring these demands into focus to help clients evaluate their estate, identify improvements, and move forward with a strategy that works.
Access to funding often decides what happens next. We help clients find the right schemes, prepare evidence, and align plans so opportunities are not missed. The result is improved energy performance, a reduced environmental footprint, and an estate that is ready for long-term demands.
A clear energy strategy is essential for achieving long-term sustainability goals and reducing operational costs. We work with clients to develop tailored decarbonisation roadmaps that identify opportunities to improve energy performance across their organisation.
Through detailed analysis, we assess the feasibility of energy-saving initiatives, prioritise projects based on impact and deliverability, and create structured programmes for implementation. From securing funding opportunities to managing project delivery, we provide the expertise and guidance needed to turn strategy into measurable results.
Understanding how energy is used is the first step towards reducing consumption, lowering costs, and improving environmental performance. Our energy and sustainability specialists undertake detailed energy audits across your estate to provide a clear picture of current energy usage and operational efficiency.
By analysing energy data and assessing building performance, we identify opportunities for improvement and develop targeted recommendations that deliver measurable savings. Our audits provide the insight needed to prioritise investment, reduce carbon emissions, and support long-term sustainability objectives.
Delivering meaningful energy improvements often requires upfront investment but funding should never be a barrier to progress. Our team supports clients in identifying and securing the most suitable funding opportunities to support their decarbonisation and energy efficiency objectives.
Drawing on our expertise in energy funding, grant applications, and bid writing, we assess the options available and recommend the most effective approach for your organisation. From developing a funding strategy to securing investment and supporting project delivery, we help turn energy ambitions into achievable, funded programmes.
Successful energy projects rely on a strong foundation of planning, coordination, and delivery. Our experienced project managers provide end-to-end oversight, managing every stage of the process from initial design and procurement through to installation and ongoing performance monitoring.
We work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, achieve value for money, and meet their intended energy and sustainability objectives. With a focus on risk management and long-term performance, we help organisations realise the full return on their investment while providing full support at every stage of delivery.
Our EO Portal provides a centralised platform for monitoring, analysing, and reporting on energy performance across your organisation. Through intuitive dashboards and tailored reports, it gives stakeholders clear visibility of the energy consumption and sustainability performance across all of your estates.
By bringing key data together in one place, the portal identifies trends and tracks sustainability progress against targets to support informed decision-making. The result is greater control, improved reporting, and a clearer path to achieving your energy and ESG objectives.

We support organisations in buying energy in a smarter, more sustainable way that improves long-term cost.

Our team builds targeted programmes that reduce your energy consumption and lift the overall efficiency of your estate.

We identify opportunities for renewable energy generation and guide investment in clean technologies.

We work with teams to build awareness and to encourage better habits by embedding sustainability into everyday decision-making.
