We are delighted to announce the appointment of Sebastian Pitman as Associate Partner Architect at Barker.

Sebastian’s arrival is an exciting advancement for our architectural team and the broader design group. His appointment reflects our commitment to enhancing our expertise in residential, high-rise, and large-scale projects. This effort ensures that our clients receive a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary service that integrates architecture with our extensive engineering and BIM capabilities.

With over 16 years of experience, Sebastian brings a wealth of knowledge in delivering high-end designs and managing complex development projects. His portfolio includes:

  • A super-prime residential property located on Kensington Palace Gardens.
  • A 30-storey mixed-use tower situated along Albert Embankment, called ‘The Dumont’
  • A luxury residential development located in Mayfair

In addition to his impressive track record, Sebastian is working towards being listed on the RIBA Principal Designer Register (General and High-Risk Buildings), further demonstrating his expertise in managing ambitious projects.

Having studied architecture at Oxford Brookes University, where he developed a strong technical skill set alongside a passion for thoughtful, high-quality design. Sebastian is eager to bring this commitment to excellence to Barker, helping us enhance our architectural offerings and provide even greater value to our clients.
