At Barker we are blessed with an amazing team of women who all play a fundamental role in ensuring the success of the business on a day to day basis. From our women who hold down the fort in our central functions roles, to our women who are out on site heading up projects as engineers, architects, surveyors and project managers- we are incredibly grateful for every single one of them! Whilst our sector is still heavily male dominated, we will continue to help bridge the gap!
