Barker is pleased to share that our Civil and Structural Engineering team has been appointed by Vistry East London to deliver the final phases of the Dollis Valley Regeneration project in Barnet.
This significant milestone marks the culmination of a 15-year regeneration programme, transforming the existing estate into a vibrant, mixed-tenure community. The completed scheme will provide 631 new homes, alongside essential community, and childcare facilities.
Phases 4 and 5 will see Barker responsible for the engineering design and delivery of 220 residential units and associated infrastructure, with groundworks scheduled to commence in Spring/Summer 2026.
Dollis Valley Regeneration is an ambitious and community-focused initiative. We are proud to contribute to its final phases and look forward to delivering the civil and structural engineering elements that will help bring this vision to life.
