Overview
Barker was approached by the developer to obtain amended planning and listed building consent, assist the contractor with design and specification information and obtain building regulations compliance.

The Outcome
Our team was able to successfully complete the conversion of a mid-18th century Grade II listed building into three flats, originally a private house, and later used as offices.
