The brief
Barker’s team were tasked with constructing two new four-bedroom town houses as part of a larger development.
Barker provided Project and Cost Management services on the scheme with regular site visits to assess the progress of works, quality of construction and reviewing and commenting on technical documentation at practical completion.
The outcome
These slick and contemporary dwellings are a valuable contribution to the local community and street scene.
